Mr. Harris has over 20 years of experience in real estate venture deals. Specialties include Foreclosures, Banks REO’s, Short Sales, Rehabilitation and Acquisition of distressed properties and speculative real estate.Mr. Harris was one of the largest investors of distressed real estate in the State of New Jersey. The Firm has rehabbed and developed over $100 Million Dollars, worth of residential real estate.

CURRENT VENTURES
Mr. Harris is a Real Estate Developer with a focus on turning residential real estate into no-income and low-income housing for an underserved population. Our country is currently in a crisis state. We have unemployment rates that are higher than ever in recent recorded history. Wages are at an all-time low for most families. Not to mention most of our urban population are living below the poverty level due to lack of employment, low wages and single wage earner households. These are issues that are not going away anytime soon. The pressure on our economic system is forcing our less fortunate citizens to fend for themselves. There are many people being displaced from their homes. People not receiving the services and help that they need. Many not able to get food or shelter on a regular timely basis. The government tries to help in its own way but the programs and overloaded, not well funded and simply just not enough. We are in the process of establishing housing to help those in need. This is a right that should be given to the weakest and poorest among us. We look to make a difference!
